"On 15 June, Russia launched a large-scale air strike on Kyiv, damaging the historic Kyiv Pechersk Lavra. Ukraine's air defense claimed high interception rates, but OSINT sources reported much lower effectiveness. Russian ground forces advanced near Kostiantynivka and in Kharkiv and Sumy oblasts. Ukraine struck Russian oil refineries and bridges to Crimea. Western support included Latvian, Norwegian, German, and US aid."
