"Russian forces are making slow gains near Kostiantynivka and the Huliaipole direction, but the pace of the offensive has notably decreased. Ukraine has intensified drone strikes on Russian logistics and refineries. A massive Russian missile and drone attack on May 23–24 hit Kyiv and other cities, killing four and injuring nearly 100. Cultural sites were damaged. Ukraine struck Starobilsk, prompting Russian retaliation. According to an OSW analysis, Ukraine has conducted 158 strikes on Russian refineries since the war began."
