"Serbia is building the world's first football stadium that also functions as an urban garden, located in Belgrade's Surčin district. Chinese companies CSCEC and PowerChina are constructing it; Spanish firm Fenwick Iribarren Architects designed it. The stadium will seat 52,000 and is expected to be completed by end of 2026. Budget has quadrupled from €250 million to approximately €1 billion, and a study projects a 420-year payback period."
