"Lieutenant Colonel Pascal Pütz was appointed Luxembourg's Military Representative to NATO and the EU on 1 September 2024, with a simultaneous promotion to Colonel. Born in 1971, he graduated from the French Military Academy Saint-Cyr and served in Bosnia, Kosovo, and Lebanon. His career includes roles at the EU Military Staff, heading Luxembourg's Arms Control Agency, and serving as Aide-de-Camp to the Grand Duchess."
