"The European Commission fined Chinese-owned online marketplace Temu €200 million for failing to address systemic risks from dangerous baby toys and faulty chargers. An independent testing agency found high failure rates in safety tests. Temu must submit an action plan by August 28. The fine is the second under the Digital Services Act."
