• Meta fined €200 million for non-compliant 'consent or pay' model.
• Facebook Marketplace removed from DMA gatekeeper list.

"The European Commission found Apple in breach of its anti-steering obligations under the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and Meta in breach of the obligation to offer users a less personalized alternative. Apple was fined €500 million, Meta €200 million. The Commission also removed Facebook Marketplace from DMA designation due to low business user count."
