"Italy's competition authority AGCM has initiated a formal investigation into Apple for potentially favoring iCloud over alternative cloud services on iPhone and iPad, in possible violation of the Digital Markets Act (DMA). Apple has 60 days to request a hearing, with the investigation expected to conclude by March 31, 2027."
