"Thalha Jubair and Owen Flowers, members of the Scattered Spider hacker group, were sentenced on June 22, 2026 to five years and six months in prison each. They attacked Transport for London (TfL) systems between August 31 and September 3, 2024, causing damages of approximately 34 million euros. The UK National Crime Agency announced the sentencing. Flowers was arrested while attempting to hack US healthcare companies."
