"The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Northrop Grumman plan to launch the Mission Robotic Vehicle (MRV) in summer 2026. The robot will service, repair, and upgrade satellites in geosynchronous orbit. Launch will be on a Falcon 9 rocket. The RSGS program is two years behind schedule. The goal is to demonstrate the economic feasibility of satellite servicing in GEO."
