NATO Appoints Deputy Director-General for Management (nato.int)

• Nathalie Matthijs became Deputy Director-General for Management at NATO in July 2025.
• Previously she was Director of the NATO Office of Resources and Head of Talent Management.
• She led the reform of NATO's organizational structure in summer 2025.

"Nathalie Matthijs has been appointed Deputy Director-General for Management at NATO HQ, focusing on organizational reform and operational excellence. Her career includes roles at IBM, Deloitte Consulting, the European Commission, and several EU agencies before joining NATO in 2019. She led teams of 65 to 90 staff and was responsible for HR strategy and resource management. She assumed her current role in July 2025 after successfully leading NATO's organizational structure reform."
