"The first P160C-based booster for Ariane 6 arrived at the launch pad on 2 June 2026. The next flight (VA269) will use four P160C boosters, each with 14 tonnes more solid propellant than the previous P120C, significantly increasing lift capacity. Developed by Europropulsion under contract for ArianeGroup and Avio, the booster features components from Italy, France, and Norway. The launch will be for Amazon, with Arianespace as service provider."
