"Portugal's government approved two bills transposing EU directives on human trafficking and electronic evidence. The first creates a National Coordinator against Human Trafficking and strengthens victim protection. The second establishes rules for cooperation with digital service providers for electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. Both bills will be submitted to parliament."
