"North Korea has commissioned a 5,000-ton displacement destroyer of the Choe Hyon class. Kim Jong Un announced annual construction of at least two such ships or larger. New vessels appear equipped with Russian systems, including an air defense system resembling Pantsir-ME. Pyongyang also plans to arm its navy with nuclear warheads."
