"Bellingcat has identified multiple digital infrastructure links between Abu Dhabi-based video news agency Viory and Ruptly, a branch of sanctioned Russian state media outlet Russia Today. Evidence includes shared IP addresses, use of a wildcard SSL certificate registered to Ruptly on Viory's legal entity domain, and Ruptly domains sending performance data to Viory's Sentry project. Both agencies deny any connection."
