"The bulk carrier Grumant (IMO 9385879) loaded grain at the occupied Ukrainian port of Feodosia in February 2026 and delivered it to Benghazi, Libya in April. Bellingcat used a novel technique analyzing AIS heading data, which remained reliable despite GNSS jamming in the Black Sea. The ship's heading (267–268 degrees) matched the port's orientation. Satellite imagery confirmed presence. This is the second known case of Russian grain smuggling to Libya. Ukraine informed diplomatic missions and pursues legal action against shadow fleet vessels."
