European Flight Ticket Initiative expands to additional launch providers (esa.int)

• ESA and EC open Flight Ticket Initiative to new launch providers.
• Providers must be launch-ready by 2028 to apply.
• Six IOD/IOV missions in the fifth batch are seeking launch opportunities.

"ESA and the European Commission are opening the European Flight Ticket Initiative to more launch service providers. The goal is to strengthen Europe's independent access to space. New applicants must be ready to launch by 2028. Also, a call for the fifth batch of IOD/IOV missions (six satellites) is issued. Bids are due by 17 July 2026."
