"French aerospace firm Dassault Aviation and German space company OHB have announced a partnership to propose the VORTEX S reusable orbital aircraft to the European Space Agency (ESA). The VORTEX concept has already received €30 million from the French defense procurement agency DGA and space agency CNES. The VORTEX S aims to provide Europe with independent access to space for both military and civilian payloads, leveraging Dassault's aircraft expertise and OHB's space systems experience."
