Adyen Selected as Payment Provider for UK Government's GOV.UK Pay (adyen.com)

• Adyen replaces Stripe as PSP for UK government's online payment service.
• Over 1,000 public sector services will transition to Adyen.
• GOV.UK Pay has processed £9 billion since 2016.

"The UK Government Digital Service (GDS) has appointed Adyen as the new payment services provider for non-Crown card payments and pay by bank services on GOV.UK Pay. This replaces Stripe and will serve approximately 1,000 public sector services including local councils, armed forces, and police. GOV.UK Pay has processed over £9 billion across 135 million transactions since 2016. The migration will be phased to ensure continuity."
