"SpaceX has increased the monthly Starlink tariff for US kamikaze drones from $5,000 to nearly $25,000. The price hike affects the LUCAS drone, a reverse-engineered copy of Iran's Shahed 136. The $25,000 rate, previously for aircraft terminals, is now applied to short-duration drone flights. The US military has no alternative. Additionally, SpaceX demanded $500 million to activate direct-to-cell service in Iran, which the Pentagon rejected."
