"Belgium will invest 3.1 billion euros in ten NASAMS batteries, twenty SkyRanger 30 systems, fourteen GM200 radars, and 54 command vehicles as part of a cooperation with the Netherlands. The first NASAMS battery will be leased for operational use by 2027. The announcement was made at the NATO summit in Ankara on July 7-8, 2026 by Belgian Defense Minister Theo Francken."
