"The German Informatics Society (GI) published a study on router security commissioned by Fritz. Analyzing 2,190 CVEs from 2020-2025, Netgear accounted for 46% of vulnerabilities and D-Link 44%, while Fritz had only one CVE. The GI recommends the German government enforce transparency requirements for router manufacturers and reduce reliance on non-European suppliers."
