"Portuguese drone manufacturer Tekever has doubled its investment commitment in France to 200 million euros over five years, creating 200 jobs. The company expects to have 100 employees in France by end of 2026, two years ahead of its original three-year target. The investment includes a production unit in Cahors, offices in Toulouse, and a planned training and testing center in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Tekever is also part of the DESIR consortium to build France's first sovereign SAR satellite. The expansion aligns with European defense industry strengthening."
