"The European Defence Agency (EDA) has allocated €2 million for new loitering munition (kamikaze drone) solutions. Finalists of the Sentinel Strike Challenge, under the Hub for EU Defence Innovation (HEDI), will test their systems during HEDI-OPEX 2026 in Portugal, scheduled for September-October 2026 alongside the Artex2026 exercise."
