The B-Strike 1000 has a range of 1,000 km and the B-Strike 2500 reaches 2,500 km. Both are designed for conventional deterrence, complementing France's nuclear arsenal. The missiles are part of the MBT program for the French Armed Forces, with initial operational capability expected by 2035-2036. The B-Strike 1000 uses the X-Fire launcher, while the larger missile requires a semi-trailer.
