He also served as acting NATO Spokesperson for one-third of his tenure, advising the Secretary General, North Atlantic Council, and NATO commands on public messaging. He accompanied official travel to Afghanistan, Iraq, Ukraine, the Arctic, Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the US. In 2024, he became Head of NATO’s Liaison Office to the United Nations in New York. He holds an M.Sc. from UCL and an H.B.A. from the University of Toronto."
