"On May 20, 2026, the X-Fire launcher, developed by Thales and Soframe, conducted its first successful test firings. The system is part of France's FLP/T program to replace aging LRU multiple rocket launchers. Mounted on an 8x8 chassis, X-Fire can fire a variety of munitions, including the future FLP-t 150 rocket from ArianeGroup/Thales. Tests confirmed system maturity, and Thales announced plans to ramp up production. The launcher can also integrate with the ATLAS artillery system and fire foreign rockets."
