One year after launch, it has rehabilitated 6,000 out of 10,000 hectares, with over 1,000 in production. The first soybean harvest is complete. The farm employs around 100 workers with 50 modern machines. It includes digital monitoring, infrastructure (water, roads, power), and training. The land remains state-owned.
