"Bulgaria's new pro-Russian government led by Prime Minister Rumen Radev has announced the suspension of military aid to Ukraine. Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov stated the war cannot be won on the battlefield and called for negotiations. Bulgaria previously supplied ammunition, fuel, and armored vehicles. Radev also opposes EU sanctions on Russia. Concurrently, Nordic-Baltic Eight (NB8) leaders meeting in Tallinn reaffirmed support for Ukraine's swift EU and NATO integration."
