"On May 27, 2026, German federal police (BKA), customs, and financial crime investigators searched 40 premises in Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia with over 400 officers. Eight people were arrested, including three suspected Darknet drug dealers and four Vietnamese nationals allegedly running an international money laundering network. Seized items include cash, cryptocurrency, two firearms, and several kilograms of drugs. The investigation started in July 2020."
