"IPFire 2.29 Core Update 202 has been released. It includes OpenVPN 2.7 with Data Channel Offloading (DCO), boosting VPN throughput per tunnel from approximately 1 Gbit/s to up to 10 Gbit/s. Critical kernel vulnerabilities Dirty Frag (CVE-2026-43284) and Copy Fail (CVE-2026-31431) are patched. Additional updates affect OpenSSL, OpenSSH, Suricata, strongSwan, BIND, and Unbound."
