"German Economy Minister Katherina Reiche (CDU) has softened her plan to abolish fixed feed-in tariffs for new small solar installations (up to 25 kW) from 2027. A new draft of the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) proposes a temporary reduced tariff for up to 36 months, followed by a four-year direct marketing bonus. The revision also increases biomass expansion targets and adjusts rules for redispatch compensation in grid congestion areas."
