NATO convenes first meeting of Critical Undersea Infrastructure Network (nato.int)

• Establishment of a Maritime Centre for the Security of Critical Undersea Infrastructure at MARCOM

"On 23 May 2024, NATO held the first meeting of its new Critical Undersea Infrastructure Network, bringing together experts and industry to enhance security of undersea cables and pipelines. The network aims to improve information-sharing, situational awareness, and use of innovative technologies like sea drones and AI to counter hybrid threats, particularly from Russia."
