"The French Directorate General of Armaments (DGA) has ordered 24 new coastal patrol boats from shipyard Couach for the Maritime Gendarmerie. The Mousquetaire-class boats are 22 meters long, displace 50 tons, and can reach 22 knots in sea state 4. They will be armed with a 7.62mm machine gun and an optronic system. First delivery is scheduled for 2029, with five units destined for overseas territories."
