"The UN annual report on conflict-related sexual violence has for the first time included Israeli forces for their treatment of Palestinian detainees. Israel denies the allegations. Russian forces were also blacklisted for sexual violence against prisoners of war and civilians in Ukraine. The report lists 77 parties in a dozen countries and notes a sharp rise in cases in 2025."
