German government publishes draft Critical Infrastructure Ordinance (heise.de)

"The German Federal Ministry of the Interior has released a draft of the Critical Infrastructure Ordinance (KritisV) to clarify the overlapping requirements of the Kritis-Dachgesetz and the NIS2 implementation. It defines sector-specific thresholds for critical infrastructure operators, covering energy, healthcare, food, ICT, and space. The ordinance is expected to be finalized before the summer break."
