"Efacec, owned by German fund Mutares, has signed two multi-year framework agreements with Enedis, France's main distribution system operator. The combined value may reach several hundred million euros. The contracts cover power transformers and medium-voltage switchgear, including fluorinated gas-free units, supporting grid modernization in mainland France and overseas territories."
