"The US and Iran signed a 14-point MoU electronically, announcing an immediate ceasefire, lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days, and US troop withdrawal from near Iran. Iran guarantees free passage through the Strait of Hormuz for 60 days but may impose future fees. A $300 billion reconstruction fund is planned, and all sanctions are to be lifted. Iran reaffirms it will not seek nuclear weapons. Eleven Iranian vessels crossed the naval blockade. China called for equal negotiations."
