"Visegrad Insight, the Warsaw-based think tank, is holding a public debate in Brussels on 3 November 2025 to discuss an upcoming report that identifies civil society as a missing element of European defence preparedness. The report contributes to four EU policy processes: the Democracy Shield, the Civil Society Strategy, the Preparedness Strategy, and the next multiannual EU budget. It draws on scenario workshops held in spring 2025 and earlier 2023-2024 work under the EU's CERV programme. Speakers include Greens/EFA MEP Alexandra Geese and Visegrad Insight editor-in-chief Wojciech Przybylski."
