The Self-Determination party (Vetëvendosje) led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti won 43% of the vote, down from 51% in December 2025. The opposition parties (PDK, AAK-NISMA, LDK) made modest gains but cannot form a majority without the Serbian List, which refuses. Voter turnout was 37%.
