"European drone-related military aid to Ukraine reached €1.6 billion in the first four months of 2026, accounting for 13% of total European military aid, according to the Kiel Institute. Ukrainian drone production is expected to more than double to 7 million units this year. Both Ukraine and Russia remain heavily dependent on Chinese components for drone manufacturing."
